Woman arrested after incident at Cardenden pub

Police have confirmed that a a 21-year-old woman has been arrested following an assault at the Railway Tavern in Cardenden.

Officers were called to the Railway Tavern around 12.50am on Saturday 5th November where a 19-year-old woman had sustained a serious eye injury following an alleged assault.

Enquiries led to the arrest of a 21-year-old local woman. She has been charged and released on a bail undertaking and will appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on 6th December.
